Asset management
Companies using Tarkma get a capable asset management solution – whether the assets are equipment, vehicles, buildings or software. Tarkma is built to manage the company’s assets as a whole, including their upkeep.
General asset information
All the basic information needed for asset management. But in Tarkma, this is only the tip of the iceberg – asset management is more than a list in a table.
Photos and files
Asset-related information is more than text fields. Photos, documents and other related files – Tarkma is designed so that asset information can stay together in one place.
Asset sets
The purpose is to connect related assets into one set when they are used as a single whole, not as separate pieces of equipment.
Context-specific data fields
Special data and note fields defined by the client appear only for the assets where they are needed – elsewhere they stay out of sight and do not create information noise.
Connection to partners
Who maintains it, who supplies it, who delivered it? The right information in the right place helps avoid pointless situations where someone asks: “Hey, who fixed this? Does anyone have their number?”
Connection to inventory, such as spare parts and consumables
“Where did we order these filters from? What was the model of this filter?”
Questions like these should not need to be asked at all. The information should already be there.

Automatic or semi-automatic inventory checks
Inventory checking is an exceptionally costly activity. If the system sees that something has happened with an asset during the last X months, there is no need to inventory it separately – the signal that the asset exists is already there.
Labelling, with or without integration
Tarkma can generate asset labels that are readable by both people and machines. Number sequence management can be left to Tarkma or handled manually. Labelling does not depend on third parties or special equipment.
